We can provide a comprehensive analysis of your service provision, identify problems and areas of good practice and provide you with a detailed quality improvement plan to help move your programme forward.

Professional Mentoring Service
We provide one to one mentoring support to coordinators and managers to help them build capacity around a number of core competencies integral to mentoring, befriending and school based peer support. Through skills and knowledge transfer, the sharing of experiences and access to an extensive network of sector specific contacts we can help build confidence, raise self esteem and foster growth at an individual and organisational level.

Support Plus
We offer a three month service improvement package that has been designed specifically for established providers wishing to review, enhance or stream line existing processes to improve service delivery and achieve desired objectives in a cost effective way. Support plus will help those responsible for coordinating a programme  identify issues, challenges or gaps in their existing provision and help to develop and implement practical solutions to achieve success and demonstrate the added value of their service to their stakeholders.

Support Extra
We offer a fully comprehensive six month development and implementation package for organisations new to mentoring, befriending or school based peer support. Support Extra is an intensive package that has been specifically designed to assist organisations requiring professional level guidance to plan, design and implement a quality assured programme.

Support Extra is a fully flexible package and can be adapted to fit your specific organisational requirements. We can provide intensive and sustained support to a member of your staff with coordinating responsibilities to help develop their knowledge, skills and expertise. For organisations looking to reduce in house costs we can work as an extension of your in-house operation by managing the preparation and implementation process on your behalf.

What does Support Extra include?

• 6 month programme of tailored support

• Development of a bespoke management and operational framework tailored to compliment your existing organisational processes with accompanying templates
