Mentoring and Befriending Solutions are pleased to annouce the launch of their telephone mentoring and coaching support service for mentoring, befriending and school based programme coordinators.
Our telephone mentoring and coaching service is a cost effective alternative to face-to-face support that can save organisations both time and money whilst delivering significant individual and organisational benefits.
Highly effective support is provided by one of our team of talented mentors or coaches all of whom have direct experience of managing volunteers and coordinating mentoring, befriending or school based programmes.
Through regular telephone meetings that are flexible and can be provided as and when required (up to a maximum of 6 hours) a mentor or coach will work with a key individual to help them acheive their desired goals through the transfer of knowledge and skills and by sharing their valued experience.
