A fresh approach to mentoring, befriending and peer mentoring

Mentoring and Befriending Solutions is an independent consultancy that evolved in 2011 from a national infrastructure body. Whilst we are a new business, we have in fact been working collaboratively together as a team for many years helping build the capacity of mentoring and befriending at a national and regional level.

Collectively we have a wide range of expertise and experience developed from successful careers in the public, private and not for profit sector and cover a broad range of specialist areas including, health and social care, education, employment, housing, criminal justice, business and community development.

Our team of consultants have experience of working with hundreds of organisations supporting a broad client base, including older people, children and young adults, offenders, adult mental health, learning difficulties and / or disabilities to build capacity and sustainability. Our consultants have also worked with a wide range of commissioning managers to provide regional and local community profiling, programme facilitation, strategic advice and quality standard guidance for commissioning processes.
